![]() ![]() Like AbyssRium, much of the game is just casting skills as often as possible to progress faster. These are just renames of the AbyssRium skills. Pearls are earned from achievements and watching ads in the shop tab. Pearls take place of Gems and Pearls from AbyssRium, being the sole Premium Currency at the moment. Vitality is still Vitality, and income rate is raised just 3% per fish, making it all about upgrading the Ice Berg and Coral much like Freshwater Tank in AbyssRium. If totally stuck, the best way to go is to cast your skills, use your photo quest rewards, and try and upgrade every possible Coral to the next milestone–if you can upgrade a coral to within 1 level of max easy and the next level to trigger the vitality boosty is attainable but difficult, that is usually the key to progress. Coral are NOT evenly effective, and sometimes your best bet is to upgrade a “old” coral just past a milestone which could bump it WAY beyond your current production. To keep progressing, it can be best to forsake creating fish to continue making Ice Berg and Coral upgrades instead. In Pole, it’s an additive boost (like Freshwater tank), so you get a 11100% boost after 11000%…basically, nothing. It LOOKS like a massive boost, displaying numbers like 11000% vitality! But the trick is, in Abyssrium, 200% boost means it’s doubling your vitality income, a multiplicative boost. A particularly rough patch many players notice early on is around F vitality in AbyssRium Pole.Ĭreating new fish helps much, much less in AbyssRium Pole, especially as time goes on. Much like the original game (and all clickers), AbyssRium Pole has an irregular progression curve where things get harder and easier seemingly at random. If you want better visuals at cost of battery, turn it off in the Gear menu. Just a minor note, the Battery Saving feature is on by default. ![]() However just like AbyssRium, the latest unlocked Coral is usually by far the most effective to upgrade, the rest should just be upgraded to keep up on unlocks and achievements. CoralĬoral is more effective in AbyssRium Pole, fortunately, though they only raise your Manage Fish limit (the amount of fish you can display) by 2 per unlocked coral variety. When you get one, you should always take one. One of the biggest differences progression-wise is that the Photo Quest went from being almost totally negligible to a massive vitality boost. Gameplay Differences from AbyssRium Photo Quest The biggest differences are the Hidden Fish unlocks, hence this guide to cover them. Familiarize yourself with the AbyssRium Guide and Pole won’t be too different. Guide released.ĪbyssRium Pole is largely identical to AbyssRium in most gameplay aspects with different names on some of the items. Added some helpful into on unlocking creatures. : Done! ALL Hidden Creature unlocks in AbyssRium Pole added to guide. : Video guides added: One for Unlocks and one for General Gameplay You should be able to make tens of fish with only mild effort starting from when you update the game. ![]() ![]() Most importantly, the Vitality curve is fixed so making fish isn’t as difficult. : App update! 10 new hidden fish, 1 IAP, 2 Pearl fish. : Updated the Hidden Fish table to include the changed Hidden Fish unlocks (all of them are just different coral unlocks) The new ones are #47 and up on the table, I’ve added the ones we know but info is still coming in. : New app update! 11 new hidden creatures, 2 new coral, and a new IAP. The new fish are much, much harder than prior hidden fish. I finished the NEW unlocks, but the old unlocks might be slightly incorrect for a bit, mostly the coral requirements we just raised significantly. Starting to suspect this is on purpose to screw up guides, or they just thought the game was too easy. : Ugh, so the new update also changed a ton of existing hidden fish unlocks, AGAIN. : The hidden creature list should have the up to date, changed for the third time fish requirements. ![]()
